The training takes place in the best company and with Sophie (@trophy .sophy) as your trainer.
**At Vesterbro you can choose from the following 12-week bootcamps: **

Vacation in Week 52 and 1
Please note that there is not training in week 52 and week 1 as DURABLE is taking Christmas break 🤶🏻
- Every Monday at 6.50-7.50 and Wednesday at 5.30-18.30 * (start-up 10/11) *
- Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:50-7.50 * (kick-off 11/11) *
- Every Monday at 6.50-7.50 * (startup 10/11) *
- Every Wednesday at 5.30-18.30 * (kick-off 12/11) *
Vacation in Week 52 and 1

What is included
- 24 or 12 one-hour trainings during the period 10 November 2025 - 13 February 2026
- 3 bring a friend trainings of 1 hour across bootcamps
- Possibility to participate in social events such as breakfast, sauna etc.
Practical information
**Please note that the space is yours only after you have paid. If you have chosen installment payment, then the space is yours when you have paid the first installment. **
Payment of the second installment is made in November, when you will receive a payment link by mail. Payment deadline on the second installment is 8 days before the start of bootcamp.
